Review Very poor services

I used courierplus to send a time-sensitive 3-page document to the US from Benin city, Nigeria. It's almost 2 weeks now and the document is yet to get to their hub in Benin, much less leave Nigeria. I'm extremely disappointed in their services. I should have trusted my hunches and used traditional courier services like DHL, UPS or FedEx. I will seriously advice you not to use this courier company.
