It's an institution of excellence. I'm presently a participant there and have spent 3 months. I can tell that if I should leave the institution now. I will be leaving with a wealth of knowledge on geo strategic and socio-economic related fields. Unfortunately, the institution is meant for only military and para military personnel, otherwise I recommend it for any one interested in research under a tense atmosphere.
