Review of Greenland Consult

I took a course on ArcGIS basics in 2013 and apart from the fact that the course eventually didn't include Digital Image processing, I still see it has the foundation of my GIS career. Also if training centers can be deployed in more towns particularly Lagos, it would be nice.
