Review of Fastrax Cargo Limited

This has to be the worst cargo company ever. No regard for human feelings. Customer service is zero. No communication on parcel movement. Just so annoying. Had my parcel missing for weeks by the collecting courier, had to locate myself. When it eventually got to them they did not cargo asap, knowing fully well it had been needed for a while. So unfair in practice and do not think of others. I practically had to beg to have my bill sent. They just do not care!
