Review of Etisalat Nigeria

You find it very difficult to call etisalat customer care and a customer representative will attend to you. All you hear is one answering machine talking to you, then your call won't be forwarded to a customer care representative just like other telecommunications network does, this is so annoying. There're other telecommunication networks in Nigeria, yet we choose etisalat then we're not getting that good customer service. Something has to be done about this or I'll have to change the line ASAP.
