Review very poor service

this is the worst carrier service i have seen so far , a package i was expecting since morning, even have to call your customer service to ket them know how important the parcel is, i still did not get the parcel , only for the agent to write a useless message that he went to the location and risident cannot be reached when the agent did not wven bother to call, what a poor service from ur warri branch
