Review of Federal Road Maintenance Agency (ferma) (hqtrs)

I sincerely believe that FERMA still has a lot to do in meeting up with its primary objective.There are thousands of kilometers of roads that still needs your attension.millions of innocent Nigerians suffer on a daily basis on our roads,road traffic crashes occur on a daily basis killing hundereds.In the area were i live in obigbo,rivers state,a particular road that is not up to a kilometer has remained a nightmare to all of us.Going from Aba to ELEME JUNCTION,just before INTELS and BEST WESTERN HOTELS,lies the road i am making my reference to.It takes only 15secs or less to driven through it,but,now it takes 3 to 10 hours to pass through.4 years ago more than 5 lives were lost and goods worth millions destroyed on this road.FERMA has carried out some maintenance jobs on this road,but,those jobs were shabbishly done.The sufferings that people go through on this road on a daily basis is inexplicable and till today,the problem still persists.Its only in this country that peoples problems are not given attension and Nigerians continue to suffer and smile.
