Review Unfinished job

Have waited a for several month after registering for the prepaid meter scheme online, and when they finally show up for survey after a long while, I requested for a single face prepaid meter, now ever since 2 month after the carried out the survey, they haven't sent me a payment advice which is so frustrating, and which they promised to send 3 days after the survey is been carried out
