Review Estortion of cash using fake HIV results

I was Nyanya Gen. hospital in 2016 for with sister who was in labour. She was to undergo CS and was asked to pay for blood. We asked if we could rather donate because we didn't much cash. The hospital took blood samples of her husband & I for screening and later told us we aren't eligible to donate because we are both HIV+.We had to pay N15,000 for blood. To cut through story short, I have done more than 7 screening since then and tested negative for HIV and have donated blood twice since then. I feel bad that hospital used fake lab results to extort of us of our money. The blood we paid for wasn't even administered to my sister.
