Review Bad service

Your service is so bad, my package has been with you since 29 of September, I don't know what you guys do in that office, it's almost 2 weeks that the package was sent out, if it was normal park delivery, I would have gotten it the same day, if you can get -5 stars, I will gladly put it there, because this is just so absurd, I'm never using DHL service again. You don't even deserve that one star
