Review Delay in waybill

my items were waybilled to your company in Lagos to warri delta State on Monday and one of your staff called that I should paid waybill money before arrival which he sent his personal account and I then transfer to him and uptil now am yet to receive any information as regards to my items and the number he used in calling me is not connecting since yesterday. to be sincere your service isn't good at all.
