Review Package delayed

My package have been delivered since last week Friday to Ibadan from Lagos, what's now delaying you this DHL to deliver my package for me inside Ibadan.I called customer care they didn't do anything about it.. if I know your service is this bad I would have use another means.upon your collecting 5k for waybill,this is bad oo and I really need my package badly..
