Review Give me back my money

I borrowed money from okash when i was about to payback the money offline the app direct me to blue ridge microfinance but after the transaction my loan was still there and i didnt see my money.
I called the costumercare, no respond, i send message to them but no reply have sent the proof but nothing came up please give me back my money if you know you can't clear my loan.
