Review In efficiency and lack of train personnel

There is this delivery guy for Flo Odix Global Services we ask to pick up parcel for us from Kuje to Dutsen Alhaji on Saturday 15th May 2021, by 4.30pm he told us he has collected the parcel and he is on his way, upto 7pm we didn't hear from him, we called him to know his wareabout, the guy said he was at Lugbe he had a flat tire so we ask him to stay where he was for us to meet him and collect our message but he switched off his phone. It was around 9am on Sunday that he brought the message to us.
