Review UNCLEARED DEBIT ON MY APP

Hello Team,
I don't know what's going on with okash. I paid back my loan since 12th if April and till now my app is not cleared. I have contacted like 7 of your agent and they refused to clear it. One of them said my file is not with him and others will just read and not respond. I sent several mails and called the customer service line too no response. Check your records and please clear my app and my name. This is terrible
