Review DISAPPOINTED IN THIS UN ORGANIZED AIRLINE

This airline is refusing my husband from returning home for no reason at all!! He has proper documentation and everything he needs and the airline is being very mean! I NEED MY HUSBAND TO RETURN HOME!!!!!! They are not responding to my emails and feed back or anything!!!! I need help!!!!
