Review Criminal activity.

I took a on the 7th of March and paid the loan back on the 1st of April with all the charges. I sent all the documents of repayment to all the relevant channels so that my account can be cleared, but to my surprise, the account was not cleared until the 10th of April and now you guys are asking me to pay for accumulated charges that was incurred due to you guys inefficiency and incompetence.Uptill now messages are coming to my phone to pay or you guys will report me to credit bureau. Please go ahead and report me. In short I will report you guys first for criminal activity.
