Review Refusal to acknowledge payment of loan

I took a loan from O-kash and I repaid fully with interest on 31/03/21 through bank transfer to their Zenith Bank account number they provided. The loan is still showing up in the O-kash app daily with increases. Today it is 46,000+. I have complained severally to O-kash and they apologised but nothing was done. Their customer care is bad. They kept apologising without doing anything. Am done with O-kash.
