Review Unfriendly atmosphere

The staffs are not polite, i did a transfer for purchase goods, the person who receives the alert who is the owner of the store, they said he is not available, i waited for about two hours, only for a customer to call him and ask for assistance, on my behalf, since the alert phone is with him. He started insulting and saying who gave us the right to call him, nobody should call him that there is no transaction. I wont advise any one to shop or get anything from that place.
