Mannol CVT is a special synthetic transmission oil for CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) - variable speed transmissions. It was specially developed for use in continuously variable transmissions with a rigid link chain or a steel pull chain. It ensures error-free operation of an automatic transmission, guarantees minimal wear, long transmission life and fuel economy.
The oil is a maintenance product that requires a professional approach to selection. Its selection depends on the type of variator rather than the make of the vehicle. ANTIFREEZE AND COOLANT

Mannol G12+ coolant is a carboxylated (organic - OAT Organic Acid Technology) ready-to-use solution designed for year-round use in any cooling system where the use of ethylene glycol based antifreeze is recommended. Ensures reliable protection for any cooling system.
It does not contain silicates, nitrates, phosphates and amines (the NAP-free technology).

SCT-GERMANY FILTERS

As a result of combustion, particles of dirt and combustion residue such as soot get into the engine oil. They contaminate the oil and make it more viscous. This means that the oil supply is not adequate and protection from corrosion can no longer be ensured. As a result, engine performance is impaired and fuel consumption increases. In the worst case, the engine could be damaged. Increasing engine performance and at the same time reducing fuel consumption places high demands on engine building. Only clean oil can ensure that engine performance remains consistent. This is where the full effectiveness of SCT filters is really brought to bear. Recommended oil filter replacement: 15,000 km. SCT filters are both in Element Type Oil Filters and Spin-On Type Oil Filters.

GASKETS SILICONE SEALANT.

MANNOL Gasket Maker [Gray, Transparent,Black] is a sealant, vulcanising into silicone rubber at room temperature. It is exceptionally resistant to the influence of extreme temperatures. It creates a reliable seal that will not crack, does not shrink and shift under the influence of sudden temperature changes. It replaces O-rings, washers as well as asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork and metal seals. It can be effectively used for repairing the following components: valve trains, transmission oil pans, thermostat housings. It is resistant to the influence of lubricants, coolants, petrol, kerosene, water, acid solutions and alkalis. It is easy to apply and remains flexible. The working temperature of this product is from -40 °C up to +230 °C.

The surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Apply material evenly and immediately join parts without flash-off time. After applying on an oil-free surface, flatten and smooth the surface using soapy water. The gasket can be subjected to loads after 24 hours. Operating temperatures from -40 °C to +230 °C (short term). Store in tightly closed original container in a dry place at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C.

DISESEL FUEL ADDITIVES.

MANNOL ready-to-use AdBlue® is a high-purity 32,5 % w/w urea solution which is used as an additional working fluid in diesel cars and trucks equipped with SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction). The composition of AdBlue® is specified in DIN 70070. The use of such systems optimises engine performance, reduces the emission of harmful particles in exhaust gases and complies with the environmental standards Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6. BRAKE FLUID

Mannol Brake Fluid DOT-3 is a universal synthetic brake fluid based on polyglycols and esters, containing corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. It is recommended for use in earlier model cars and trucks with drum brakes (and front disc brakes) that are not subjected to heavy duty operation.

PARTS CLEANERS AND RUST REMOVERS

OIL ADDITIVE

MANNOL Motor Flush Professional is a special cleaner for removing deposits, dirt, sludge and wear products from engine parts, including the most inaccessible parts of the oil system. It contains synthetic esters.



Properties:

- Cleans the oil system and the filter screens of the oil pumps. Provides reliable lubrication during the flushing process, preventing wear of the engine separate parts. Thanks to the detergent-dispersant additives of a unique composition it ensures a highly effective and safe removal of soot, including from the bottom of the pistons;

- Leaves a strong and persistent antifriction protective film on the surfaces of the engine separate parts after application;

- Removes both soluble and insoluble impurities found in oil;

- The cleaning is gentle on all engine separate parts and components, and does not damage them;

- Neutral to the seals used;

- Miscible with all types of engine oils (mineral and synthetic etc.) and applicable for flushing of all petrol and diesel engines with and without turbocharging, with and without exhaust gas aftertreatment systems;

- Is completely removed from the system with the old oil.


Add the contents of the container to the used engine oil prior to changing the engine oil at engine operating temperature. After 10 minutes of idling, drain the used oil, replace the filter and pour in new oil (DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE BEFORE FILLING NEW OIL!). The 450 ml can is suitable for 4-6 liters of engine oil.

PARTS CLEANERS AND RUST REMOVER

Mannol Carburetor Cleaner is highly effective carburetor cleaner without removal.
Quickly, carefully and effectively cleans throttle and air flaps, diffusers, jets and all other accessible internal and external surfaces of carburetors. For all two or four-stroke petrol engines, with or without a catalytic converter.
Application: Shut off the engine and remove the air filter. You need direct access to the throttle body. Spray the product on all accessible internal surfaces of the carburetor and, if necessary, on the external surfaces. Let dry. Put the air filter back in its original position. It is advisable to replace the air filter on this occasion. Start the engine and let it run at medium speed. You're ready to go. You can also let the engine idle at 2000 rpm for 20 seconds. This burns off the remaining dirt in the injection system.

HYDRAULIC OIL

PARTS CLEANERS AND RUST REMOVER

Mannol Contact Cleaner is a special cleaning agent for quick and effective cleaning and degreasing of dirty and rusted electrical contacts of all kinds.

Ideal for:
- cleaning of electrical blocks and contacts, electronic circuit boards and terminal blocks, lamp bases, cable lines, communication relays, breakers, ignition distributors, starters, alternators, fuses, etc. in cars;

Application:
Disconnect the circuit before cleaning. Spray MANNOL Contact Cleaner onto the dirty surface and allow it to act for 5-10 minutes, depending on the intensity of the dirt. - Reduces carbon monoxide formation, opacity and toxicity of exhaust gases, increases the life of catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, spark plugs, injectors and the engine as a whole. This eliminates the most common engine problems leading to “Check Engine” indications and reduces maintenance and repair costs;
- Ensures lubrication of the entire fuel system and cleaning of its individual elements from soot and deposits of all kinds (varnish, resins, etc.), especially from all types of injectors and carburetors, spraying nozzles, fuel pumps, intake valves and the combustion chamber, as well as avoids formation of new deposits thanks to the contained esters and special detergents. Reduces caking of piston rings, which prevents them from getting stuck. All this reduces excessive fuel and oil consumption;

Application: For maximum effective cleaning add in a ratio of 450ml per 30L of fuel (1:60) to the fuel tank; to prevent impurities add in a ratio of 1:100.

OIL ADDITIVES

MANNOL Power Steering Leak-Stop A special additive in the power steering fluid to prevent and eliminate leaks from the steering system. Eliminates power steering, pump, and steering rack leaks, significantly extending their service life. With regular use, it increases the service life of the system by 1.5 - 2 times.

Product properties:
- Special modifiers restore the original shape, size and elasticity of the seals and power steering gaskets;
- Protects rubber and neoprene seals from drying, hardening, deformation and cracking, slowing down their aging and thus extending their service life;
- Contains components that enhance the anti-friction properties of the additive, thereby reducing wear of system elements, improving their mobility and extending the service life of the power steering;

- Can be used to prevent aging and wear of seals and gaskets, and generally to prevent system failures;
- Compatible with any power steering fluid.

Application: Stop the engine. Drain the liquid from the hydraulic pump tank completely or partially (depending on the type of tank). Fill the tank with an equivalent amount of power steering fluid by adding MANNOL Power Steering Leak-Stop. The contents of the bottle are enough for 3 liters of liquid.
The power steering fluid must be checked regularly and changed at the recommended intervals.

ESTER ADDITIVES

MANNOL Motor Doctor + Ester Innovative multifunctional engine protectant by stabilizing the pressure in the lubrication system – an additive for engine oils based on synthetic esters. It is a complex product: a viscosity stabilizer protecting the oil from liquefaction, a sealant of the engine lubrication system & a friction modifier. It is suitable for all types of four-stroke engines – diesel & petrol engines & all types of oils.
Properties:
- Replaces the loss of kinematic viscosity (at 100 °C) during operation (especially with frequent cold starts) without reducing the low-temperature properties;
- Increases the viscosity index;
- Reduces cylinder compression loss by improving the dynamic seal between the piston and cylinder, thereby reducing operating consumption by preventing oil from entering the combustion chamber;
- Eliminates micro leaks caused by mechanical wear of engine separate parts by adding modifiers causing blockage of these leaks;
- Penetrates into worn seals and rubber sealings, restores their former volume and elasticity, preventing oil leakage through them;
- Increases oil film thickness;
- Reduces oil volatility, which also reduces operational consumption and extends the oil’s service life;
- Increases the thermal-oxidative stability, which increases its resistance to ageing and degradation so that oil change intervals can be extended;
- Improves low-temperature properties, which greatly facilitates cold starts and reduces engine starting wear;
- Improves detergent and dispersant properties, prevents deposits of lacquers, resins and sludge, which increases engine and oil service life.
The ester molecules found in the additive are magnetized to metal surfaces due to their distinct polarity and create a dense and very strong oil film, which has:
- the highest load-carrying capacity which allows the engine to work under increased loads without negative consequences.

A/C SYSTEM FLUIDS

Air conditioning compressors installed in automobiles require the use of strictly defined types of lubricants. Most air conditioners manufactured since 1996 have been using R134a refrigerant and need PAG (polyalkylene glycol) oil to lubricate the compressor mechanisms. Using the wrong refrigerant (compressor) oil or improper viscosity can damage the compressor itself. In most cases, the leading cause of damage to a new compressor is the use of inappropriate or inadequate refrigeration (compressor) oil.
