If something shipped from UK is good to pay cleaning fee to individual personal account

If something is shipped to Nigeria is it ok to pay clearing fee to individual bank account?

I have a shipment from UK since yesterday and I was told it will last for 14 hrs

A package was sent to me from London today and the sender said I should expect the package to reach Nigeria in 14 hours. Pls is that possible?
