Company description
LEARNTOR has achieved numerous milestones and accomplishments in its short two-year history. We have trained 2,380 learners in Nigeria, with 75% of them being women. We have partnered with Scrumorg as an accreditation body for Scrum Master Certifications, collaborated with Taskilled to provide European internship job placements for tech newcomers, and hosted the highly successful African Agile Conference, which attracted 80 speakers from 20 countries and saw 927 registrations.
Focusing on women in tech has presented us with a unique opportunity to make a major impact in the edtech industry. Our vision is in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Decent Work and Economic Growth. By 2025, we aim to have trained 10,000 women
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program includes teaching Social Media Skills to children with disabilities (hearing impairments) who often face discrimination and barriers. Our commitment to using technology to make the world a better place has established us as thought leaders in this space, giving others the chance to grow and realise their potential. Through our CSR initiative, we strive to break down barriers of inequality and provide equal opportunities for all.
