We pride ourselves as The Capacity Building Company which provides bespoke programs to help Businesses Individuals and Organizations harness their potentials; develop their skills and support them to drive high performance.
Corporate Shepherds Limited has been in operation for the past nine years and has over five hundred individuals in her Mentorship program under the leadership of the founder and CEO of the organization Mr Idorenyen Enang. In the past few years we have had the privilege to serve the following notable Clients across the private and public sectors namely Airtel Nigeria Plc, Mouka Nigeria Plc, Interswitch Limited, Multichoice Nigeria, Unilever
Mr. Idorenyen Enang has over 28 years experience working across top organizations like Guinness (Diageo), The CocaCola Company, Cadbury Plc in varied capacities in top Management roles that culminated in his serving as the Managing Director of Samsung West Africa and L’Oréal West Africa respectively. He recently resigned from Corporate activity to focus on his passion of discovering and building the next generation of leaders through focused capacity centric programs with other Faculty members. Mr Enang is an Executive Coach and a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery and Liberating Leadership and serves on the Board of several organizations.
