I am very disappointed at your services and your customer care unit you guys are a total disgrace not even one person could resolve my connection problems for more than 5hours I honestly wish I never bought this network smh

This network was good when we first sign up for it but gradually became worst we subscribe every month but we enjoy few days of fast wifi the rest of the week we have to look for alternative internet,i have wasted alot calling there customer care they promise to fix it but it never works and they never call back,we were scheduled for an engineer visit and that took 2weeks after a whole month of no internet with our subscription running and just two days after the engineer left the wifi went back to bad i kept calling and calling nothing was done then the worst is the robot or whoever is behind there whats app handle,when you drop a complain he/it never respond he/it just open your chat then close this network ia frustrating dont subscribe
