LonTrend treat customer horribly
We are a customer of LonTrend. We bought 50 PTUs from LonTrend, non of which meets the specification. It has been several months already. LonTrend doesn’t respond to our emails, neither want to talk with us to solve the problems.
LonTrend asked us to solve the problems ourselves and refused to refund the prepayment we made for the future orders. They even refuse to provide the escalation channel.
