Ovives Water is derived from local municipal tap water sources and goes through rigorous purification process that incorporates reverse osmosis, ultraviolet, and ozone sterilization. All our products which are subjected to the highest standard of filtration and purification treatments before being packaged are in compliant with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). Ovives Water purification system is designed to remove trace compounds like carbonates, bicarbonates, chlorides, sulfates, phosphates, nitrates, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron and manganese. These compounds are also referred to as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). While some of these compounds, like calcium and potassium, are necessary for your body, their minute levels in most bottled waters have no impact on health. Therefore, we remove these compounds to deliver more pure water. Our purification system is designed to remove dissolved solids and organic compounds that may be present in the water.
The reverse osmosis process we use removes these organic compounds, but we also employ other steps such as carbon filtration, ozonation, and Ultra Violet (UV) light as additional safeguards. Every drop in every bottle of our purified water goes through a rigorous quality process. That’s how we can make sure it meets our high safety standards, and tastes great too.
