You can agree with me that in our Society today, we have a lot of people with different kinds of diseases e.g, high blood pressure, diabetics, cancer, etc. The numerous health challenges confronting us are mostly as a result of our bad food choices. Most of our foods are high in carbohydrate, Sugar and saturated fat. We often than not choose unhealthy foods over healthy foods, especially now that we are bombarded with fast foods at every hook and corner of our neighborhoods. We are also moving on a very fast pace to align ourselves with our current environ where everything has to be done in a speed of light. Cooking our foods in a microwave in seconds, at most minutes has become the normal part of our everyday life. Time factor has eaten deep into us. Virtually everyone complains of having no time to do this or that. Some do not even have time to cook or eat nutritious meals.
Our fast paced lifestyle has brought with it innovative ways of doing things, which saves us time and adds immense value to man. Like a canker worm, the products are slowly but surely causing a lot of damages in our bodies thereby destroying our lives.
As a result of this very sad but true situation in our society today, Lifeberg foods saw the need to promote nutritionally excellent food products that are quick, easy and convenient to prepare.
