I stay in Sangotedo, I use their fiber and have honestly enjoyed their network so far. Their support and response time have been really fast. This is actually the best ISP I have used so far.

Their service worked for a couple of months, until it started having issues. And that was when I saw the worst of Ngcom. Their customer service is non existent. They lack the ability to use their initiative to pacify an irate customer, very poor response time, they deploy green engineers who don’t know what they are doing to customers’ homes to resolve issues. Totally regret using them. Unfortunately, many ISPs seem to forget that their business is an equal combination of great technology and service.

their service is absolutely terrible. I paid for the 5mbs package as that should be satisfactory for my kind of use; most times it doesn't even get to 2mbps... when it works. Most times it doesn't work at ALL. you call there customer service they tell you they will work on it, one week later you still have no service. Their customer service number has been off for one week now! makes no sense. Been unable to browse for over a week as well. Had them for 6 months, been the same since week one! My advice, don't use them. btw I live in Yaba
