• Our web-based property management application is hosted in a secure data centre. We maintain the system centrally, applying all system feature upgrades and security updates. The server is a secure server with Thwarte SSL certificate enabling an encrypted connection, this is denoted by a live Thwarte certificate and https prefix on the page url of our software. All data exchanged between your browser and our servers is transferred over secure server connections using bank-level security. This is denoted by the padlock icon within the browser. Sensitive information such as bank account details are also encrypted again within the database.
• We have fully tested disaster recovery procedures in place to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of hardware failures. The application and data are hosted on our servers, meaning you never need to worry about viruses, hard disk failures or lost laptops again.
• You don't have to worry about maintenance, security patches or data backups as the most up-to-date version of the software will always be available for you to use.
