Obviously this case is getting nowhere unless I do something different about it. Up till now, no money refunded, no eggs given. I think I have tried my best possible to be patient. My next review here will be to share the action taken to get me back my money or equivalent crate of eggs.

They possess very bad customer service. My money has been in their custody for 12 days now, no eggs yet they've been posting me that they will refund my money. I sent my acct details but they never refunded. At first Ariike lied that she was sick and forgot her phone at the farm from Wednesday to Saturday, meanwhile both of her lines were ringing and receiving messages all through. Then later she said their birds had issues but when I visited they had eggs they had given someone. I have approximately #200,000.00 with them and their manager has stopped picking my calls... I made all the calls anyway, their own credit is meant to be saved. I suspected a foulplay,so I visited unannounced on the 8th day after payment and I could only take 30 out of 232 crates i'd paid for, after so much uproar. They had just given eggs to a Mallam that was just 5 mins walk from their farm. Their manager feels that Lagos is very far from Oyo, so she can be non-challant about this matter. Well, the world has become a global village and I will visit again when they least expect.
