Edumarine and Services Limited is registered under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Companies and Allied Matters, decree 1990 on 23rd February, 2010 with RC 871628. But before its full registration as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), Edumarine has been operating for the past 10 years under OBICHI & BROS RESOURCES.
