Kings College, Lagos - Lagos Island, Nigeria

On the 16th August 2020, at about 5pm, i visited King's College main at Marina to have a feel of the physical environment in deciding if my son in primary 6 should attend the school...I was happy with the way the securities on duty attended to me and directed me to the Annexe office at Lekki.

On getting to the Annexe office at Lekki, the reception was terrible ....infact the way the elderly man at the gate attended to my family was so terrible. Infact, he dint even listen to us at all and told us from a far that we should not come near the gate. I tried to explain to him what my mission was but, he was not ready to listen. He embarrassed the whole of my family.

Please, I will appreciate if the management can't train the security guards at Lekki Annex office on customer service and the way to attend to people. I understand, may be he is so comfortable that the school will surely get it's students but I don't think it's something the school management should allow to continue.
