Established and first registered as cooperative entity in 1966 and re registered in 1983 so it could be permitted by its byelaw to include in its operations diverse functions. Its main functions includes. 1.Encouraging primary societies affiliates to make monthly thrifts/savings 2.Packaging soft loans for members in primary societies by on-lending through such primary society.It had faced diverse financial dificulties and challenges ranging from some bad managers to national and state economy over the decade.
