Be wary when you want to purchase from them I bought a perfume that was totally different from the real thing
I was already out
Of the country when I realised . I thought letting them know will make them apologize and investigate . They were more concerned about refund or exchange policy and said honourable flower bomb smell different according to storage but the other ones I bought remained nice . While I won’t say don’t buy . Be very wary about buying specific perfumes from them

I just recently moved back into the country and needed to purchase the Nishane hacivat. They conveniently had a store at The palms. It was a very big store and I got my product no hassle and they let me know they had a website so I actually didn't even need to leave my house.

I bought a bottle of perfume from essenza,this perfume had been a fantasy
Minutes later I discovered it was 3000naira more expensive at essenza store, I went back to the store for a discount which was refused and I asked for a refund which was also refused.
That's bad customer relations and to think I was cheated just makes me feel terrible!

Please where is your head office located at. I want to meet with the head of human resources.
