Pls u people should come to our aid we are really been punished by phcn in mile 3 diobu axis we are paying for what we are not making use of i mean its becoming unbearable we pay our hard earn money for phcn bill yet they constantly size power just like that for example like in the past four day we've not seen power not that the power has problem or something happened they just refuse to give us power and it is unfair because they take advantage of our in ability to speak and punish us please i do hope u react fast thank u
