Lack of customer care
Such a good business concept and service in theory especially in the era of pandemic. The owners however have left the business unsupervised or simply make enough money not giving a toss about their brand reputation by offering seemingly no checks and balances nor room for improvement via comments and complaints. Its my third time in the Wuse branch the reception/admin staff is still lacking professionalism and failing to deliver as smoothly and efficiently as they could and should. Frustrated.
