very poor service
this is the worst carrier service i have seen so far , a package i was expecting since morning, even have to call your customer service to ket them know how important the parcel is, i still did not get the parcel , only for the agent to write a useless message that he went to the location and risident cannot be reached when the agent did not wven bother to call, what a poor service from ur warri branch

I regret ever using DHL as a means of delivery, for more than a week my parcel still shows under immigration clearance? For a parcel that's already in Nigeria, what is the meaning of this nonsense?

Bad service
Your service is so bad, my package has been with you since 29 of September, I don't know what you guys do in that office, it's almost 2 weeks that the package was sent out, if it was normal park delivery, I would have gotten it the same day, if you can get -5 stars, I will gladly put it there, because this is just so absurd, I'm never using DHL service again. You don't even deserve that one star

I'm higher disappointed at your service .
My routine drugs were sent from lagos since last week Monday, after tracking , I was informed that the parcel is already in your office for despatch. Up till now I haven't gotten my drugs and your number aren't going through. These are drugs for crying out loud .
